As the Director of Customer Success, you will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining strong relationships with FortMesa's customers. Beyond traditional responsibilities, your role will involve leveraging a cyber background, experience in training and development for partners, organization and communication skills, and managing customer accounts. Your leadership will guide a team responsible for understanding customer needs, ensuring successful onboarding, and driving ongoing customer engagement.   • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric mindset
  • Experience in driving customer engagement, satisfaction, and retention
  • Experience in training and development for partners
  • Experience managing customer accounts and ensuring their success
  • Fearless in challenging the status quo
  • Hands-on approach to tasks and problem-solving
