As the Vice President of Customer Success, you will be a key executive leader responsible for developing and executing high-impact customer success strategies. Beyond traditional responsibilities, your role will involve experience with training and developing plans, change management within the organization, creating and executing multifaceted plans, and leveraging your charismatic and outgoing personality. Collaborating closely with the executive team, you will shape the overall customer success vision, drive customer engagement, and lead initiatives that position FortMesa as a leader in customer satisfaction within the cybersecurity industry. Preferred Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a VP of Customer Success or in a senior customer success leadership role, preferably within the technology or cybersecurity sector
  • Strong strategic thinking and ability to align customer success initiatives with overall business goals
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with a track record of building and leading high-performing customer success teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric mindset
  • Experience in driving customer engagement, satisfaction, and retention
  • Proven experience in customer success leadership, with a focus on training and development, change management, and executing multifaceted plans
  • Charismatic and outgoing personality with excellent communication skills
  • Multifaceted industry experience is a plus
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing training plans
  • Expertise in change management within organizational settings
  • Track record of successfully creating and executing strategic plans
