As the Vice President of Human Resources and Culture, you will be a key executive leader responsible for developing and executing comprehensive HR and culture strategies for a diverse and global team. Beyond traditional VP of HR responsibilities, your role will involve applying legal experience, shaping the overall employee experience, and driving talent development.   • Proven experience as a VP of HR or in a senior HR leadership role, preferably within the technology or cybersecurity sector

  • Demonstrated leadership skills with a track record of building and leading high-performing HR teams
  • In-depth knowledge of HR policies, employment laws, talent management, and organizational development
  • Passion for promoting a positive workplace culture and fostering employee engagement.
  • Experience developing culture at a high level
