Job Description Overview 

CRM Data Quality Management & Enrichment

The goal is to maintain a clean, organized, and optimized CRM system that ensures accurate customer data for targeted marketing and effective decision-making.

• Remove or merge duplicate database entries
• Continuously refine ICPs for precise customer segmentation, enabling tailored marketing strategies that align with business goals.
• Manage subscriber lists effectively, improving communication strategies and maintaining a strong email reputation.

Social Media & Community Engagement Management

Reddit / Techtribe / LinkedIn / Quora

• Manage and optimize the executive LinkedIn account to ensure timely responses, facilitate network growth, and identify valuable engagement opportunities.
• Actively monitor relevant online communities and social platforms to build brand awareness, drive engagement, and promote key marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to identify and act on social media trends, monitor brand mentions, and maintain consistent messaging across all platforms.

Digital Marketing Campaign Supervision

Oversee social media campaigns and event support by monitoring performance metrics, engaging with audiences, and optimizing content strategies through regular analysis and SEO enhancements.

General Inquiry Management

Ensure timely and effective responses to all customer and prospect inquiries, by ensuring timely responses and coordinating follow-up actions to resolve issues efficiently and maintain smooth inbox operations.

Required Experience

• Basic experience in CRM management.
• Understanding of basic SEO fundamentals.
• Data entry skills.
• Familiarity with platforms, such as LinkedIn, YouTube, and Reddit.
• Ability to interact with and manage online communities effectively.

Preferred skills

• Advanced experience with HubSpot.
• Knowledge of social media analytics tools for performance tracking and reporting.
• Knowledge of SEO tools and content optimization platforms to enhance digital marketing strategies.
• Experience creating and managing content on platforms such as Reddit, Quora, and TechTribe.
• Ability to analyze and leverage engagement metrics on platforms like LinkedIn and YouTube.
