As a Software Architect at FortMesa, you will be the visionary force behind the design and evolution of our cybersecurity platform. Your role includes leading architectural decision-making, supervising SCRUM processes, managing the development backlog, and translating business requirements into sprint requirements. Dive deep into code when tackling challenging aspects, and be readily available on a daily basis. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will ensure that the architectural vision aligns with business objectives and industry best practices. The software technologies you'll be working with include Angular, NodeJS, MongoDB, and AWS.

• Proven experience as a Software Architect in a dynamic software development environment
• Strong background in cybersecurity concepts and industry standards
• Expertise in designing and implementing scalable, secure, and reliable software solutions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Excellent time management
• Experience managing a project and being accountable for its results
• Exhibits a learning mentality
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to make sound architectural decisions.
• Experience in SCRUM processes, backlog management, and translating business requirements.
• Hands-on coding experience
• Experience with: Angular, NodeJS, MongoDB, and AWS.
