Beyond traditional VP of HR responsibilities, your role will involve applying legal experience, shaping the overall employee experience, and driving talent development. • Demonstrated leadership skills with a track record of building and leading high-performing HR teams
• In-depth knowledge of HR policies, employment laws, talent management, and organizational development
