As the Vice President of Sales, you will be a key executive leader responsible for developing and executing high-impact sales strategies. Collaborating closely with the executive team, your role is to shape the overall sales vision, drive revenue growth, and lead initiatives that position FortMesa as a leader in the cybersecurity industry. In addition to the conventional responsibilities of a VP of Sales, we are in search of an individual who stands out in communication, upholds a high level of organization, remains accessible and adaptable, possesses adept communication training skills, leads by setting a strong example, engages in direct communication with their team, and is renowned for their punctuality in all work-related aspects.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a VP of Sales or in a senior sales leadership role, preferably within the technology or cybersecurity sector
  • .Strong strategic thinking and ability to translate business goals into actionable sales plans
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with a track record of building and leading high-performing sales teams
  • In-depth knowledge of the sales process, customer relationship management, and revenue generation
  • Excellent analytical and decision-making skills
  • Ability to lead by example and communicate directly with the sales team
  • Bold and adventurous mindset, open to taking calculated risks
  • Fearless in challenging the status quo
  • Demonstrates a high level of integrity in all professional interactions
  • Hands-on approach to tasks and problem-solving
  • Willingness to tackle any necessary task or responsibility
  • Leads by example, embodying action-oriented leadership
  • Possesses an intrinsic locus of control and takes ownership of responsibilities within the sales team
